
As a Graphic Designer at Quarterly, you’ll create sharp, engaging design and motion work across digital, brand, and content projects for clients ranging from lean startups to global brands.
You’ll manage day-to-day creative needs for 4–5 clients at a time, acting as an extension of their in-house team. This role is ideal for multi-skilled designers who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy balancing static design with animation, video editing, and occasional branding work.
Your day-to-day
You’ll act as the part-time, in-house designer upto 4 clients at once, giving each one consistent, high-quality creative across a mix of formats. Expect to: • Design across a variety of outputs, digital ads, social media, pitch decks, reports, print, branding, and more • Manage your own workload and deadlines, balancing quick turnarounds with larger projects • Provide clear updates to clients on when to expect work and what’s coming next • Collaborate with a wider team of 4–6 designers who support each other daily • Work independently day-to-day, but always feel backed by a Creative Lead and Studio Director when needed • Communicate directly with clients via Slack and Trello, no middlemen, no ticket queues • Adapt your tone, style, and layout depending on each brand’s guidelines and priorities
