
babelforce is a Berlin-based SaaS platform that helps enterprises build and automate contact centre workflows without writing a line of code. Their no-code flow builder lets businesses create intelligent IVR systems, outbound dialling, custom routing and more, serving enterprise clients across Europe and beyond. A serious product with serious traction, but a brand that hadn't kept pace.

What they needed
babelforce came back to us at the end of 2025 with a clear brief, the product had grown up, the market had shifted, and the brand needed to reflect both. Founded in 2013 and having raised Series A funding, the business had matured considerably, but the visual identity still carried the hallmarks of an earlier era. Their head of marketing wanted a rebrand that would do the product justice, signalling capability and credibility to enterprise buyers without losing the directness that made babelforce distinctive.


The problem we solved
Over four months of close collaboration, we rebuilt the babelforce brand from the ground up. Working directly with their head of marketing, we developed a refreshed visual identity that brought clarity, confidence and modernity to every touchpoint. The new brand system was designed to hold up across product interfaces, sales collateral, website, and event presence, giving the team a consistent foundation to grow from. What started as a legacy identity became a brand ready to compete at the enterprise level.
